Three documents. Sellers upload a title certificate (we review it to confirm purchase price and ownership), a lender statement (we review it to confirm the outstanding mortgage balance), and receipts (we review them to confirm improvements and carrying costs).
Can sellers list above their walk-away price?+
Yes. The walk-away is a floor, not a ceiling. Most sellers list 1–4% above it. Buyers see both numbers.
What if I bought at the top of the market?+
