What if my home doesn’t sell?+
If your listing passed Nest review and your home doesn’t sell within 90 days, we re-list it free — refreshed photos, refreshed copy, new marketing. The re-list happens once within 12 months of your original listing date.
Can I get my money back?+
No. The $1,999 covers real services we deliver up front — photography, staging, marketing, platform infrastructure. The guarantee covers re-listing service, not refunds. We’re transparent about this from the start so there are no surprises.
Why don’t you list on MLS or REALTOR.ca?+
Namtar Nest is a direct seller-to-buyer platform. We’re not a brokerage and we don’t pay buyer-agent commissions. Your listing is on namtarnest.ca, Kijiji, and Facebook Marketplace — the platforms where private buyers actually search.
Do I need to pay a buyer’s agent?+
No, but you can choose to. Many private sellers offer 2.5% co-op to attract agent-represented buyers, which makes their listing visible to a wider buyer pool. If you offer it, that’s between you and the buyer. We don’t take a cut either way. Use our savings calculator to see the difference.
What if I want to switch to a realtor halfway through?+
You can. Cancel your Nest listing in writing before signing with another brokerage. Services already delivered aren’t refundable, but you’re under no obligation to continue.
Is there a contract?+
Yes. The Service Agreement covers what we deliver and what you agree to. It’s plain-language, three pages, and we send it before you pay. No surprises.
How fast does my listing go live?+
Within 48 hours of your photos being delivered and Nest review being complete. Usually 7 to 10 days from payment to live listing.
Do you sell my data?+
